We never charge candidates
Applying for a job, having your CV reviewed, preparing for an interview and getting support after you start work are all free for candidates. Our fees are paid by the employers who hire through us. If anyone asks you to pay for a job offer, a work permit or a "registration fee" in our name, it is not us. Please do not pay, and tell us through the contact page.
What happens after you apply
- We read your application. A recruiter checks your experience, languages, availability and whether you can work in Malta legally. Because we receive many applications, we contact the candidates whose profile matches an open role.
- Shortlist and first conversation. If you are shortlisted, we contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp to talk about the role, the salary, the working hours and your plans.
- Interview with the employer. We introduce your profile to the employer and arrange the interview, usually by video call for candidates abroad. We help you prepare beforehand.
- Offer and documents. If the employer makes an offer, we go through the contract with you and explain which documents are needed to start work. Non-EU candidates usually need a Single Permit, which is linked to the employer.
- Your first weeks. We stay in touch after you start to make sure everything is going as agreed.
Already applied? Please do not apply again for the same role. Your application is saved and our team will review it; if you are shortlisted we will contact you.
What we do for employers
Hotels, restaurants, call centres, insurance and construction companies and other businesses in Malta use us to fill single positions or whole teams. We advertise the role, screen candidates, organise interviews and support onboarding. Employers can send a hiring request or read more on the employer page.
Honest job adverts
- We only publish vacancies we have received from real employers.
- Each advert states the location, contract type and, where the employer allows it, the salary range.
- We remove adverts when the position has been filled.
Your personal data
We use your CV and details only to find you a suitable job, and we share your profile with an employer only for roles you applied for or agreed to be considered for. You can ask us to update or delete your data at any time. Full details are in our privacy policy.
Equal treatment
We assess every application on skills, experience and the legal requirements of the role, never on gender, religion, ethnicity, age or any other personal characteristic.
